- Does it work for our dinner?
- Yes, if your guests sit at tables. Awards nights come first, but annual and conference dinners work the same way.
- We already use a ticketing tool. Can we switch?
- Yes. Awardwing replaces the checkout, forms and spreadsheet, so tables, payments, guests and venue lists sit in one place.
- When should we start?
- About two months before your bookings open. Less time? Tell me your dates, and I’ll tell you honestly if we can do it well.
- Why a 12-month agreement?
- Your dinner is one night, but the work runs all year. The Season keeps your system ready, so next year never starts from scratch.
- Is our guests’ data safe?
- Yes. It’s hosted securely and backed up, and dietary details are cleared after each dinner.
